Professional exchanges

During a professional exchange, child and youth welfare professionals from different countries meet and exchange ideas on a specific topic. Through professional exchanges, child and youth welfare professionals can experience the impact of their own mobility experiences (beyond vacation trips) in an informal, creative educational setting.

In addition to exchanging knowledge about activities in other countries and gaining new insights, this also results in contacts with partner organizations that the professionals can later use for their own international projects with their young people. Professional exchanges are therefore a creative training format that promotes learning and strengthens international youth work.
